Food safety at Zannysfood

At Zannysfood, food hygiene is our highest priority. Every cook working with us must:

Hold a recognised Level 2 (or higher) food hygiene certificate.

Have a food hygiene rating of 4 or 5 from their local authority, or be registered as ‘awaiting inspection'.

Complete the Food Standards Agency’s online training on food allergies and intolerances.

Complete a Self-Inspection Checklist for home kitchens to confirm hygiene standards are met.
